I had a great experience working with the current finance office regarding my EV tax credit issue. Unfortunately, the previous finance officer did not file the required online form with the IRS, which caused me to lose the opportunity to receive the EV credit directly from the IRS.
As the current financial director, Mr. Tosh handled the situation professionally and took responsibility for correcting the mistake. I’m very satisfied with the results. What I didn’t like and it’s a little ridiculous, it took almost 2 weeks the repair of my car. It was very slow.
Despite being without my car for a month, my service advisor, Abraham Garcia, remained proactive and attentive throughout the entire process. He consistently stayed on top of the warranty claim and ensured everything moved forward, even in the face of delays. His communication and dedication made a frustrating situation much easier to manage, and I truly appreciate his effort in getting the job done.
This dealership is a convenient place to have service on your Nissan vehicle, when you need repairs.
There were some changes in the service department. Must have had a turnover with service representatives. Today i had a female rep. Had to wait in vehicle long time before she came out.(Seemed like forever, probably only 5 minutes) In past visits, after paying, the rep would shake my hand, thank me for using their services, then walk me to my vehicle. Today she held up my keys, showed me my truck, and held the door open. At least she held the door open!
Environment is clean and orderly.. Staff is very professional and helpful. Only complaint is the wait time an oil change almost 3 hours. Too long.

Bad, even with an appointment should not take 2 hours for an oil change also not friendly customer service at all. I will not buy another Nissan also will not come back for oil change I had a coupon from my email and still charged me for shop fees trying to tell me that have to pay to have old oil dispose people pick up oil for free cuz they recycle to make money.

Nikita was nice but I am still hearing the same hollow sounds coming from my brakes. It seems that issue was only partially fixed and not completely fixed. I do not feel that my brakes were fixed completely or replaced. Also the car is still jolting after coming to a stop sign or a red light.
