I’m very satisfied with the results. What I didn’t like and it’s a little ridiculous, it took almost 2 weeks the repair of my car. It was very slow.
Despite being without my car for a month, my service advisor, Abraham Garcia, remained proactive and attentive throughout the entire process. There were some changes in the service department. Must have had a turnover with service representatives. Today i had a female rep. Had to wait in vehicle long time before she came out.(Seemed like forever, probably only 5 minutes) In past visits, after paying, the rep would shake my hand, thank me for using their services, then walk me to my vehicle. Today she held up my keys, showed me my truck, and held the door open. At least she held the door open!
