My tires were checked by Karim and none of them were in the red. No one had any information to provide or a turnaround time on when I could get my car so I just went to go pick it up prematurely in their eyes and I will be taking my car elsewhere.

There were some changes in the service department. Must have had a turnover with service representatives. Today i had a female rep. Had to wait in vehicle long time before she came out.(Seemed like forever, probably only 5 minutes) In past visits, after paying, the rep would shake my hand, thank me for using their services, then walk me to my vehicle. Today she held up my keys, showed me my truck, and held the door open. At least she held the door open!
