I’m very satisfied with the results. What I didn’t like and it’s a little ridiculous, it took almost 2 weeks the repair of my car. It was very slow.
Despite being without my car for a month, my service advisor, Abraham Garcia, remained proactive and attentive throughout the entire process. He consistently stayed on top of the warranty claim and ensured everything moved forward, even in the face of delays. His communication and dedication made a frustrating situation much easier to manage, and I truly appreciate his effort in getting the job done.
This dealership is a convenient place to have service on your Nissan vehicle, when you need repairs.
There were some changes in the service department. Must have had a turnover with service representatives. Today i had a female rep. Had to wait in vehicle long time before she came out.(Seemed like forever, probably only 5 minutes) In past visits, after paying, the rep would shake my hand, thank me for using their services, then walk me to my vehicle. Today she held up my keys, showed me my truck, and held the door open. At least she held the door open!

The whole process went rather smoothly. Didn’t charge overnight freight for a part that was ordered. I was provided an initial video of the multi point inspection and then pics followed. They provided transportation to me, and the final bill was actually less than the estimate.
I have been there customer for almost ten years and customer service was excellent but by visiting couple of times noticing decline in overall customer care and efficiency. No offense intended but this was I observed.
